AQUATIC INVASIVE SPECIES
It is up to us as anglers to do our part in stopping the spread of zebra mussels and other aquatic invasive species. Please download and become familiar with the infested bodies of water in Minnesota. A current list can be found at http://www.dnr.minnesota.gov/invasives/ais/infested.html. The DNR has asked us to have every tournament angler complete the following AIS Angler Compliance form.

Watercraft information(Required)

Please check ONE of the following paragraphs and fill in the registration information of the boat you will fishing from during the tournament.

The watercraft in which I will participate in this tournament will not have left the body of water in which I will participate in the tournament within the last thirty (30) days.

The watercraft in which I will participate in this tournament will have been completely dry (including all live wells, bilges, and other parts of the watercraft which are capable of holding water) for a period of at least five (5) consecutive days prior to the event or pre-fishing.

The watercraft in which I will participate in this tournament will not have been completely dry (including all live wells, bilges, and other parts of the watercraft which are capable of holding water) for at least five (5) consecutive days prior to the event or pre-fishing. I understand that I cannot participate in this event without having my watercraft inspected by DNR-certified personnel prior to participation. The watercraft inspectors may recommend decontamination of the watercraft with a high pressure, high heat wash unit.

One of the stipulations from the DNR in issuing a tournament permit is that no more than 50% of any state-owned parking at boat launches can be used by tournament anglers. If you are not the watercraft owner/operator, please choose the first option. Watercraft owner/operators must indicate where they will park the vehicle/trailer during tournament hours.
